could I use ItemRank?

RSS or Atom feeds?
Give ItemRank an RSS or Atom feed and it will
filter out content that doesn't match your
interests.
ItemRank will also include a 'Rank' tag
for each item. The Rank tag will represent how much ItemRank thinks you care about that item based on
your APML file and our special Personal Relevancy
Algorithm.
Subscribe to filtered feeds to save you time when
reading feeds.
